Can a charity participate in CFCNCA campaign events?

Yes. Charity events include charity fairs and speaking engagements at federal agencies. A charity must be a CFC approved charity to participate in these events. All events are by invite only. Charities cannot request to attend. There are two ways in which a charity can get invited to an event.

1) Random Selection by CFC: When a federal agency asks for charities to attend an event all CFC charities are gathered into one database and selected by a computer generated randomizer to participate. If selected to participate, the charity must complete a charity outreach agreement, except for federation members, they are exempt.

2) Personal Request from an Agency: Any federal agency can request a specific, CFC approved, charity to be invited to their event. If selected to participate, the charity must complete a charity outreach agreement, except for federation members, they are exempt.
