Who sends donor acknowledgement - the federation or member charity?

Member charities are responsible for sending donor acknowledgment if they so chose.

In the April following each campaign, federations will receive donor pledge reports that include pledge and contact information of donors who chose to disclose their information. The federations are responsible for distributing these reports to each member charity. From there, charities can contact the donors who requested acknowledgement of their donations
